Delivery & Stock Status

Receiving Your Order

In-Store Pick Up:

Once your order is ready for pick up, we will send you a notification via email. To avoid disappointment and delays, please DO NOT visit the store unannounced, expecting to pick up the item off the shelf. Most items are stored at a local warehouse off-site.


We use multiple logistics service providers depending on delivery location and items. Dispatch times are subject to stock statuses, see below.

Stock Statuses

In-Stock Items:

All items listed 'in-stock' are in stock at our workshop or at our off-site warehouse. In-Stock orders will be dispatched promptly, usually within 1-2 business days from payment/order confirmation. We aim to maintain accurate stock counts and hold reasonable stock levels to meet customers needs, however discrepancies may occur and actual dispatch times may vary, in the unlikely event that the stock status is incorrect. We will contact you as soon as possible shall there be any delays in dispatching your order.

Back-Order Items:

Back-ordered items are items that are usually kept in stock, however currently sold out. The general lead time for restocking is 3-14 days, depending on item and supplier location. If you are after an item that is on back-order, don't hesitate to continue with ordering. When we receive your order, we will promptly restock the item to fulfill your order.

Special Order/Order-In Items:

Items with 'Special Order/Order-In' status, is usually not kept in stock, and only ordered in when we receive an order for the particular item. On average, our non-stocked items are dispatched within 3-5 business days, subject to supplier stock availability. If we foresee any issues that may result in extended wait times, we will advise of an approximate ETA. Certain products may be dispatched directly from our suppliers.
